Veribus Unitis was launched in 1911 and accepted into the Austro Hungarian navy in 1912, seeing action in World War 1. The ship  was handed over to the Slovenian navy on 30th October 1918 only to be sunk by an Italian limpet mine on 1st November 1918, the very next day.Release announced but no date or further details at present.
