Liliput HOe L141484 Zillertalbahn 1 0-6-2 Tank Locomotive

A nicely detailed model of the Zillertalbahns' smaller 0-6-2 tank engine number 1.

The smaller Austrian 0-6-2 tank engines have pleasing lines, remininiscent of some of the larger engines built for British narrow gauge lines.

This engine is very similar to many of the class 298 locomotives used by the Austrian narrow gauge railways. These neatly designed engines provided a good combination of power and stability, able to run at a good speed on the well-built narrow gauge lines.
