Kamoi was a navy oiler built in USA in 1922 but was converted to a seaplane carrier in 1932-33 with a maximum capacity of 22 aircraft.

Kamoi is modelled as she was in 1938 but by 1943 she was altered to become an oiler once more and was sunk in Hong Kong harbour by US aircraft in April 1945.
