Secondhand Mini-ships 1/1200 Authenticast? IJN Kuma-class light cruiser in WW2

A 1/1200 scale secondhand model of a Kuma-class light cruiser with the name Tama handwritten underneath, probably by Authenticast, and having the identity cut into the starboard quarter of the casting. Contition of the model is reasonable considering its age, see photograph
