Navis Neptun 1/1250 1266 Umikaze, Japanese Super Destroyer, 1940

The Japanese tried several batches of Super Destroyers before WW2. All were powerful ships but some of them suffered stability problems. This ship is a Hatsuharu class ship but cut down with top weight removed. Sea Wind is the English translation of her name.
