Navis Neptun 1/1250 1246B IJN Tama, light cruiser, 1943

New for 2017, the Tama was a Japanese Kuma-class light cruiser built in 1920. Long and lean like the rest of the class, Tama is modelled as turned out in 1943 with two tripod masts, a feature shared only with Kuma.  Two members of the class, Kitakami & Oi, were modified as torpedo cruisers (see Neptun model 1246A). Tama was sunk in November 1944.
