Navis Neptun 1/1250 1206 IJNS Kongo Japanese Fast Battleship 1939

Kongo is a metal, waterline, 1/1250 scale model of the last capital ship to be built in Britain for Japan. It is modelled by Neptun as re-fitted in 1939, in fast battleship form, catalogue number 1206. This model is in excellent condition, having been stored under glass out of direct sunlight, in warm dry conditions from new, see photograph.
