John's Model Shipyard 1/1200 RN327 HMS Leander 1942 Light cruiser Waterline Kit

Leander 1942 is a kit to make a 1/1200 scale waterline model of the British light cruiser class once the AA armament had been upgraded and increased in number by fitting twin 4" guns in place of the single mounts. HMS Ajax had been upgraded before WW2 was declared and so she had this appearance at the Battle of the River Plate where 3 British cruisers fought the Graf Spee in December 1939
