Graham Farish N 370-062 Suburban Sulzer Train Set

Featuring a British Railways Derby built Sulzer-engined type 2 diesel locomotive and two suburban passenger coaches this train recreates the suburban services of the 1960s as the new type 2 diesel locomotives replaced steam traction around London. Trains of these non-corridor suburban coaches were used for commuter services and many mainline stopping passenger services. An excellent starter set for those interested in the steam to diesel transition era and for introducing children to N gauge model railways with a diesel type which can still be seen on heritage railways.
The train set includes an oval of track measuring 714 x 540mm (28.1 x 21.26in) using track compatible with other brands of British N gauge track along with a mains-powered train speed controller using a plug-top type voltage adapter.
