Model of a 10 ton peak-roof covered salt wagon in the green livery of Snowdrift Salt. Weathered finish.
These covered salt wagons were used to ensure rain could not damage the salt and as specialist vehicles remained in private ownership, running until replaced by more modern wagons in the 1960s.
