Accurascale OO ACC3542 8750 Class Pannier Tank 8764 Great Western Green
Built at Swindon by the GWR on the 10th of October 1933. Built as part of Lot 282, it was built with the new, larger deign of cab (8750 class) whist still retaining some of the earlier features like the early water filler caps and lack of steps up the bunker side. Whilst the steps would get added later along with a tope feed, the fillers would stay the same until withdrawal. New to Old Oak Common, and remaining a London area engine for most of its life, it would later receive the lined black livery of the Paddington pilots. It would be reallocated to Barry (88C) shed in 1960 which would be its last shed before withdrawal on the 21st of May 1962 having worked for just over 28 years and 6 months.
