For superior winter scene realism, use Soft Flake Snow for any layout or project. For a dusting of snow, spinkle and attach with Scenic Cement. For heavy drifts, apply Flex Paste to your layout and spinkle Snow on top. Add Soft Flake Snow to Water Effects and create a frothy look to river rapids.
