Rapido Trains OO GWR B Sets

Order book closes 15th April. Pairs of GWR non-corridor brake composites. Diagram E140 was one of the main diagrams issued for brake composite coaches intended for service as semi-permanently coupled pairs, generally known as 'B Set's. These pairs were allocated to specific divisions, often then assigned to a specific branch line where the 2-coach train sufficed, but would also be found operating mainline stopping and suburban services where two or more sets might be coupled together to provide the required passenger seating capacity.
New highly detailed models of the GWR diagram E140 brake composite coaches which were built as pairs formed into 2-coach 'B set' trains. These 2-coach sets were the normal train for many branch lines or could be coupled together when needed for mainline local stopping services. Introduced in 1930 the diagram E140 coaches featured partially recessed door handles and recessed guards' doors similar to the express stock being constructed around the same time. These highly detailed models include full interior detailing with seating, luggage racks and lighting.
Finished as coaches 6977 and 6978 in late 1930s chocolate & cream livery with shirtbutton monogram logos forming Bodmin Branch set number 2.
