France Marine Nationale to WW2

Superb fast battleships! The French battlefleet was built up through the 1930s as a counter to the increasingly powerful Italian naval forces. Fast battleships and battlecruisers were supported with modern cruisers and destroyers. The fall of France saw the Navy split between Vichy and Free French, unable to concentrate as a unified force.
A 1/1250 scale metal waterline model of the French heavy cruiser Foch in 1939 by Neptun 1431.
