Fishing Vessels

Marine Artist Model mastered this chunky modern vessel in the 1980s. Although the model is small (about 1cm long) most UK fishing boats are smaller than this these days.

New for 2012! Now converted to a three mastered sailing vessel and filming in Arctic waters as Sedna IV, this is a model of the ship as built and operated for German owners. She has also carried the name "Saint Kilda" on the 1970s.

A 1/1250 scale model of the salmon de-lousing support ship Volt Processor in 2018 by Rhenania Junior RJ325. This ship is optimised to help de-louse fish-farmed salmon at Norwegian fish farms.

Built in 1961 and registered in Rostock (ROS 223), she is now moored in Bremerhaven as a museum ship.

16 Jan 2019 - The "Helen Mary" as been detained at sea on Jan 15, 2019, by Marine Scotland on suspected fishery offences!

Large East German Stern Trawler. Albatros has modelled this ship with a weathered deck where the nets are hauled in over the stern.
