All items may be exchanged or refunded in full, excluding carriage, at customer’s request provided that they are returned in mint condition within 14 days of receipt.
Goods are sold subject to the manufacturer's warranty and if found faulty, or not to satisfaction after 14 days may be returned for inspection and assessment. All goods supplied by Antics are from official sources within the UK and are covered by the normal manufacturer’s warranty and normal statutory rights apply. If you feel that an item has failed prematurely, please advise us.
If you have any problems with an order, let us know and we will advise you exactly what steps we're going to take to rectify the problem. Having the order number to refer to will speed up the process. We'll give you a returns number that should be clearly marked on the outside of your parcel for identification on arrival.
Please check the condition of goods on arrival - we are unable to accept goods damaged during shipping after 14 days. Returned goods must be packaged securely, with all original packaging undamaged and in a saleable condition i.e. boxes must be in the same condition as when received.
If you're returning something because you ordered the wrong item or it's not suitable, you'll need to pay the carriage costs to return it to us. If you'd like us to replace the goods with another item, we’ll credit the original item and apply it to the new purchase.
Proof of postage/carriage should be retained, just in case!
