The Pantsir-C1 anti-aircraft missile and gun system is a short-range air defense system. “Shell-C1” was created in 1994 and put into service in 2010. The anti-aircraft missile and cannon system “Shell-C1” is designed to cover civilian and military targets, including long-range air defense systems, from all modern and promising air means attacks. The complex is equipped with a two-band three-coordinate radar station with a phased array antenna, as well as fast-firing automatic guns and radio-controlled missiles.
