Combined model - Passenger airliner Tu-134A / B-3.
Historical note: In 1970, a modification of the Tu-134A was developed. It installed more advanced D-30 engines of the second series with reduced fuel consumption and reverse thrust, removed the brake flap. The number of seats increased to 76 due to the lengthening of the fuselage by 2.1 m. In 1980, the production of the Tu-134B modification began. On this modification, instead of the navigator’s nose cabin, the “Thunder-134” radar (radar system) was installed, which made it possible to combine the functions of the navigator and the second pilot and reduce the crew to 3 people. The number of seats for passengers increased to 80 people.
