Revell 1/24 14573 1985 Fiero GT Car Kit
One of the most discussed new car launches of the eighties was the two-seater Pontiac Fiero with a mid-engine from 1984. The Fiero, an innovative space frame design with a plastic body, was a fuel-efficient sports car that fit perfectly into the era and quickly caught the attention of the public when Pontiac was still really exciting. All '84 Fieros were powered by a simple "Iron Duke" four-cylinder, but the powerful Fiero GT launched in 1985 also featured a more powerful 2.8-liter multi-injection V6 engine and a special aero kit for the body. The latter was almost entirely taken over by the race-ready '84 Fiero, which served as the pace car for the Indianapolis 500 that year. This easy-to-build 1:24 scale Revell kit meticulously recreates the '85 Fiero GT, which Pontiac confidently calls "More show. More go. More wing. More zing." - Build a faithful 1985 Pontiac Fiero GT or customize it with optional side scoops and a wild, track-ready Ram Air scoop mounted above the roof - Detailed, center-mounted 2.8-liter V6 engine visible under the opening engine cover - Perfect details like Pontiac's memorable high-tech wheels and a large rear spoiler - All-new decal sheet with factory detail and red stripes
