Peco PL-26W Passing Contact Switch White Lever

Provides the short burst of current required to operate the PL-11 and PL-10 series of Turnout Motors. The PL-31 Connectors are ideal for attaching the PL-34 Wiring Looms or PL-38 wire to these switches without soldering; the included Shrouds prevent current 'shorting out' between the terminals.

This motor attaches directly to the underside of the point to ensure positive and reliable operation. Requires a 40 x 25mm hole in the baseboard to accommodate the motor. Operation is from a passing contact switch or probe and stud system to give a pulse from the 16v AC outlet found on most transformers (2 amps required). If this isn't available an uncontrolled 12v DC supply may suffice. Use only a pulse as applying a constant current would burn out the motor.
Peco Point Motor PL-10

The PL10E point motor is fitted with a long point operating pin, ideal for mounting beneath baseboards. A small 10mm (3/8in) hole through the baseboard is required, located directly beneath the operating pin attachment location on the point. The pin will then reach through the board and locate into the operating pin attachment hole of the point. The pin can then be trimmed to length with a good side or track cutter tool. Peco strongly recommend that the PL10E be used in conjunction with a PL-9 Mounting Plate, fitted directly to the base board underneath the point. Peco Point Motor Extended Pin PL-10E

Enables switches to be connected without any need for soldering. Power is supplied through the fitted leads and each switch is automatically connected when fitted. Simply push the button on the front to open the holes, and feed in the bare wires from the turnout motor - no soldering or other fixing required. The PL-51 allows the PL-50 module to be extended to any size required.
