Job Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role of Sales Assistant at our shop in Stroud. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales, and creating an engaging and positive customer experience within the hobby retail space.
Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Experience:
- Create a welcoming and knowledgeable environment for customers.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely replenishment of stock.
- Conduct regular stock checks on our POS/Database to make sure stock is correct

Visual Merchandising:
- Oversee the presentation of products on the sales floor.
- Ensure that merchandising standards are maintained to showcase products effectively.

Operational Efficiency:
- Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with regional management to achieve overall company goals.
