Navis Neptun 1/1250 1343 USS Omaha Light Cruiser 1942

An early American attempt to design a Light Cruiser for the Pacific. Several of this class were at Pearl Harbor when the Japanese attacked and USS Raleigh was damaged. This model is of the class leader at the start of WW2.
