Navis Neptun 1/1250 1061A Z31, a German Super Destroyer, 1943

Z31 is a second-hand, 1/1250 scale, waterline, metal model of a German Super Destroyer completed during WW2. This factory painted model is in good, original, condition and was made by Neptun in Germany, catalogue number, 1061A; see photograph.

The weight of the twin turret made these ships very wet in a seaway and many were fitted with a single gun in a lightweight shield to reduce pitching.
