A large selection of post-1964 BR corporate 'rail alphabet' font. The new font was introduced with the new BR coprorate image. The BR locomotive fleet received numbers in this font if new numbers were required and on renumbering into the TOPS numbering scheme in the early 1970s. This size of number was standard until the introduction of the 'large logo' livery in the 1980s.
Some green-painted locomotives received orginal series numbers in this font, while some early blue locos carried the earlier font, so check photos for the 1966-TOPS period!
Individual, paired and triple numbers are supplied, including TOPS class numbers, allowing both pre-TOPS and TOPS numbering schemes to be created. A few D and E prefixes for use on locos which still carried these letters in the late 60s.
