Mare Nostrum 1/1250 MN 13a Silver Cloud, Silverseas small luxury cruise ship, 1994 onwards

Silersea offers luxury cruises in small to medium size ships, Silver Cloud accommodates 296 passengers in 5 star luxury and at the time of writing this is heading for St Petersburg, where the passengers are no doubt hoping to berth in the river in the centre of the city rather than at the cruise terminal! This model has the logo on the funnel.

Mare Nostrum is a new maker of 1/1250 ship models from Austria, specialising in modern tugs, ferries & cruise ships. The hulls are sharply cast in resin with deep undercuts on the balcony decks and the painting and detailing on the models is excellent.
