CM Models 1/1250 CM-P1095 Lafayette as a troopship in 1942

A 1/1250 scale metal model of Lafayette as a troopship in 1942. The former French tranatlantic liner Normandie was commandeered by the USA and converted and camouflaged at her New York pier. During conversion sghe caught fire and sank. She was salvaged but so badly damaged that she was never repaired and was scrapped after the end of the war.
