CM Models 1/1250 CM-KR10 Bremen (V) German liner and cruise ship

A 1/1250 scale metal model of the German liner, Bremen by CM Miniaturen, CM-KR10.

Bremen was the former French liner and troopship Pasteur which entered service in the late 1930s. When WW2 broke out she was requesitioned as an Allied troopship. After WW2 ended, Pasteur continued trooping for the French for 10 years. In the late 1950s she was refitted in Germany and her huge funnel was replaced by a more streamlinedshape and the bow and superstructure were altered. She was the fifth ship to be named Bremen.
