Georgic differed from Britannic in that the front of the bridge was curved on Georgic and flat on Britannic. Georgic was very badly damaged by bombing at Port Tewfik, Suez, during WW2 and was only partially repaired to serve as a troopship with and emigrant ship before being scrapped.
