*Please note these events are suitable for players of all ages and abilities, though some basic understanding of Pokémon TCG is required*
The dates for our Pitch Black pre-release events will be:
Saturday 4th July from 6pm*
Sunday 5th July from 1.30pm*
Sunday 5th July from 6pm*
Wednesday 8th July from 6pm*
Saturday 11th July from 6pm*
*These dates are based on the allocated dates given to us by The Pokemon Company, should any delays occur these may be amended. Should this happen we will contact you to re-arrange your booking for a new date.
Unfortunately we have a limited number if kits, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to offer you any/all of the space/s you request.
If you would like to book on, please let us know, in order of preference, the date/s you would like to attend, and the number of playing attendees. We will try to allocate you as many spaces across the dates as possible, as fairly as possible, and ensure that family groups are given the same dates.
If you are successful in obtaining a space, a payment link will be sent for you to complete. Your space is only reserved once you have completed the payment.
Spaces will be allocated on Wednesday 10th June. Any requests after this date will be processed in order after others received before this date.
Payments must be made by Wednesday 24th June.
Payments can be made via the link provided, or by calling in and quoting your reference (which you will receive when we send out the allocation emails).
Unfortunately if you do not pay by 9am on Wednesday 24th June your space will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
Important:
We now require payment in advance for all Paid Pokemon Event Place Reservations (League Challenge, League Cup & Pre-Release Events). The place reservation payment is non-refundable unless we cancel the event, in which case you will receive a full refund. If you advise nearer the time that you can no longer attend we can try and re-sell the space/s, which if we manage, we will then refund your reservation cost.
