*These dates are based on the allocated dates given to us by The Pokemon Company, should any delays occur these may be amended. Should this happen we will contact you to re-arrange your booking for a new date.
Unfortunately we have a limited number if kits, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to offer you any/all of the space/s you request.
If you would like to book on, please let us know, in order of preference, the date/s you would like to attend, and the number of playing attendees. We will try to allocate you as many spaces across the dates as possible, as fairly as possible, and ensure that family groups are given the same dates.
If you are successful in obtaining a space, a payment link will be sent for you to complete. Your space is only reserved once you have completed the payment.
Payments must be made by Wednesday 14th October at 9am.
Payments can be made via the link provided, or by calling in and quoting your reference (which you will receive when we send out the allocation emails).
Please note your payment reserves a seat at our event. If you fail to attend unfortunately you will not receive any of the products handed out during the event. If you are unable to attend the event after paying please let us know ASAP - refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis (at our discretion).
Unfortunately if you do not pay by 9am on Wednesday 14th October your space/s will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
Important:
We now require payment in advance for all Paid Pokemon Event Place Reservations (League Challenge, League Cup & Pre-Release Events). The place reservation payment is non-refundable unless we cancel the event, in which case you will receive a full refund.
