The ship had an helicopter deck at the stern above another flight deck (Specially designed for the Falkland mission). 2-3 helicopters, 4
landing craft and any kind of military vehicles could be loaded. Diesel drive, max 17 kn, 125.6 x 19.6m.
Sir Galahad was sunk in June 1982, towards the end of the campaign
