Albatros 1/1250 Alk82A HMS Edinburgh, Royal Navy Type 42 Destroyer,1984-90

This HMS Edinburgh is a second-hand, 1/1250 scale, waterline metal model of the ship  as built modelled by Albatros SM, Alk82A. This model is no longer available, having been replaced in the catalogue by Alk82A-n with the raised bulwarks and beakwaterwhich were fitted to the ship after a major refit designed to allow her to carry more AA defences well forward. This second-hand model is in excellent condition, see photograph.
