Albatros 1/1250 ALK670A-S HMCS Calgary FFH335 Limited Edition Model in Camouflage
HMCS Calgary is a 1/1250 scale, waterline, metal model available as a Limited Edition in camouflage colours. The model is made by Albatros SM and the catalogue number is Alk670A-S.
This camouflage pattern seems to have been applied to two of the ships after they had been re-fitted to stay in service into the 2030s. The design is similar to the Admiralty Disruption Pattern applied to frigates and destroyers in WW2 from 1941 onwards butwith a dark boot toping added to the 21st Centuary version.
