Peco SL-108F OO/HO Code 75 Finescale Track with Chaired Bullhead Section Rail and Wood Sleepers

Now under development at Peco is a new and welcome addition to the Streamline track range featuring British chaired bullhead section track, as used throughout the 'steam era' and still in widespread use today. Featuring a sleeper design that replicates as closely as possible the correct scale for 4mm (OO) scale, and accurate representation of rail chair detail, this track will be fully compatible with existing Code 75 Streamline track (eg. points) and can be connected to the Code 100 ranges using the transition tracks SL-113.
Peco engineers are working on making this track as realistic as possible while maintaining clearances for RP25 and finescale wheel standards and retaining the robustness for which the Peco brand is known.

Peco SL-114 OO Code 75 Bullhead Rail Joiners.

Following the release of the OO gauge Bullhead rail flexible track last Peco have created these these authentic rail joiners to complement the track. These shorter joiners (just over 5mm in length) have been designed to represent the prototypical arrangement of fishplates bolted onto either end of the rail sections being joined. The fishplates incorporate the bolt heads in fine detail and once the track has been laid, ballasted and weathered the effect will be very convincing.

Please note, when connecting the OO Bullhead track (SL-108F) to Flat Bottom rail code 75 track (SL-100F) the SL-110 joiners must be used. The Bullhead joiner will not work with flat bottom rail track.

Each pack contains 24 joiners.

Everyone needs buffer stops and with the release of the Peco Streamline Bullhead range has prompted Peco to update the buffer stop kit to match. Most rail-built buffer stops are constructed from spare bullhead rail, even when the running lines have been relaid with heavy flat-bottom rail. Hopefully nothing ever gets close enough to the stops to cause them to wear out!
Designed to clip onto the bullhead rail profile this easy-to-assemble kit is simple to install at the end of the track. The mouldings contain plenty of detail such as bolt heads and the bullhead profile of the rail and the design has also accounted for the option to build the buffer stops for EM gauge.

There are enough parts in the kit to build two buffer stops.

Following the launch of Peco Streamline bullhead rail track and points Peco are expanding the range of point choices through 2018 with the addition of crossings and slip points. These points feature Peco's Unifrog crossing noses which can be arranged as insulated or live frogs.

Another feature of these turnouts is that both routes remain electrically live, making them ideal for DCC operation. They are constructed to our new versatile Unifrog design which can be operated, powered and switched like an Electrofrog or left unpowered if preferred.

Peco Streamline Code 75 track meets the standards of enthusiasts who prefer to run trains on scale height rail. Today most manufacturers' wheels are suitable for use on Code 75 track but some vintage models may have flanges which are too deep to clear the rail fixings. Code 75 can be easily combined with code 100 track by using the SL-113 Transition Track.

New Peco Bullhead rail OO gauge single slip point with British style sleeper size and spacing. Single slips were commonly used in combination with trailing connections to goods sidings, forming a trailing crossover to make shunting easier.
