Parkside Kits OO PC591 SR 12ton Box Van Uneven Planks Plastic Model Wagon Kit
The Southern Railway revised its distinctive triple-arc roof ventilated box van design in the 1930s to make better use of thin planks with a 2 wide + 2 narrow planking arrangement. This kit builds a model of the vans built from 1941 to 1944 using the 10ft wheelbase RCH type underframe, including 500 vans supplied to the LMS and 650 to the GWR. This kit has been produced under the Ratio banner for many years and has now been merged into the Parkside range of wagon kits.
