Revell 1/8 00516 Leonardo Da Vinci Wooden Glider Kit
Glider Around 1490 Leonardo drew his famous glider based on the deep observation of birds flight and anatomy. This study anticipated ideas found in modern gliders. Like in birds, the outer part of the wings was movable to control the machine. This feature is also present in the kit model, designed by original drawings and by the historical models of the Museo della Scienza e della Tecnologia Leonoardo da Vinci Milano.
The completed model measures length 140mm, height 100mm, wingspan 410mm
