Lights illuminate for 5-9V, 9-12V and +12V. Suitable for analogue DC and DCC systems. Wiring of the tester is 'directional' so if the lights do not illuminate first reverse the tester and check the track again.
Use to verify that your track has a power feed and that the voltage is that expected. Ideal for helping locate voltage drop faults caused by broken feed wires or poor fishplate connections.
