Model of the RCH standard design gunpowder van finished as an ex-LMS wagon number M701056 in British Railways livery.
These wagons were built with substantial steel bodies to avoid the explosives being damaged by water ingress or sparks from steam locomotives. Many of these vans were used on military traffic, even delivering boxes of rifle ammunition for local cadet corps.
