Kingham line sets were used on the cross-country Cheltenham - Kingham - Banbury route. The sets also worked on other local services from Cheltenham, the usual motive power bring 45xx small or 5101 class large prairie tank engines, though other classes appeared from time to time.
Detailed models of the GWR diagram E140 60' brake composite coaches, close-coupled at the compartment ends supplied as a pair. These 2-coach sets could form an entire train on their own, or be coupled together when more capacity was required. Ideal for use with Lionheart Trains 45xx small prairie and 64/74xx class pannier tank engines and the newly announced Heljan 5101 class large prairie.
