Atlantics Waterline and MT Miniatures use finely detailed resin or die-cast metal hulls and superstructures with brass detailing parts. Kit versions provide the opportunity to customize and produce excellent models. The paint and glues necessary can be purchased separately on the site. Ready built and painted versions are available - see the separate section. Atlantics are concentrating on RN ships from about the time of the Falklands war right up to the present day. MT will be mostly post war to seventies.

Atlantics WM's tenth release is ATL10K a waterline die-cast model kit of the Royal Navies latest hunter killer submarine, the Astute class, now essential components in a naval task force. A bonus is the inclusion in the kit of an optional bolt on model of the experimental special forces Salamander pod.

Very easy to complete, the model has an all metal casting 137mm long x 16mm beam, is waterline with a  minimum model weight of 55 grams and supplied as a fully packaged kit of parts. Assembly instructions are provided

The first Astute cost £1,160 million from BAE! The primary tasks of the class are fleet protection and land mission support, effectively provided by the armament of Spearfish torpedoes and Tomahawk land attack missiles.
