Bachmann Graham Farish N Gauge Thameslink class 319 EMU train 319382 Thameslink livery.
New model announced 2016. Pricing and delivery to be advised.
N gauge is well suited to modelling the modern railway scene with multiple unit trains. These useful class 319 units were built for cross-London Thameslink services and equiped to work from both the 25kV AC overhead supply north of London and the Southern region 750V DC third rail supply.
Following the privatisation of British Rail the Thameslink services were transferred to a specific route franchines, Thameslink. This franchise remit was too small for successful commercial operation and has now been folded into a larger London regional franchise, approaching the original 'Network SouthEast' concept!
These models will feature switchable directional lighting including destination blind lights, a detailed interior with passenger saloon lights, an accurate non-electrical working pantograph and the unit is DCC sound compatible using the Next18 technology.
Era 9. DCC Ready Next18 decoder required for DCC operation. Directional lighting. Sound decoder ready. NEM plug-in couplers. Length 560mm.
